We do our very best to get your order out to you in the freshest way possible. We ship our products twice a week and you will be alerted once shipped. We pack each order with as much cold holding material and ship via 2-3 day air. If you do not receive your order within that timeframe, please contact us so we can track the package.
If you are giving Dragonfly Cakes as a gift, please alert the recipient of the perishable nature of the product and to watch out for it during the intended arrival date. We can't guarantee, beyond what the shipper tells us, date, and time of arrival.
Because our products are perishable and returns are not possible, once we receive notice from the shipping company that the package was received, we consider the order fulfilled and no refunds will be issued thereafter.
