Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want every Dragonfly Cakes® order to arrive beautifully and as expected. If something does not feel right, please contact us right away so we can help.

Because our petit fours and tea cakes are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. All orders are carefully packed with cold holding materials and shipped via UPS 2 Day Air to ensure freshness and quality.

Once a carrier confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled. For this reason, we are unable to issue refunds after delivery has been confirmed.

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, or if there is an issue related to production, packaging, or handling, please reach out to our customer care team. We will always review the situation with care and work to make it right.

If you are sending Dragonfly Cakes® as a gift, we recommend letting the recipient know to expect a perishable delivery and to watch for it on the scheduled arrival date. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we are always happy to assist if there are concerns.
